Creative
medicine

This 8 week act development program is designed to help you awaken your inner artist and create your own piece of movement art. We will break through creative blocks, make peace with imposter syndrome and support you to gain clarity and confidence in your artistic voice.
If you are a yogi, dancer, movement lover or performing artist wanting to bring more YOUnique expression into your movement, learn to tell a story through movement, get that idea out of your head and into your body, finish that act you started creating or just get more comfortable with movement this course is for you.
Who we are
Saffron
Saffron believes creativity and movement are the best medicine. Saffron found yoga in 2008, at a time when she was struggling with depression, anxiety and lack of self-esteem. Yoga opened her eyes to the real peace of the present moment, and continues to give her the tools to work through fears, develop healthy relationships with herself and others, and find the courage to express her creativity into the world.
The transformation of her own well-being fuels her desire to share the practice with others.

Saffron is a professional aerial silks performer internationally, qualified partner acrobatics teacher, hula hoop artist and functional movement and anatomy nerd.
Saffron is passionate about blending the art of introspection with expression.
One of her favorite things to do is develop CircAsana's community circus in Nicaragua and choreograph acts that teach the principles of yoga and happiness science through circus spectaculars.

Veronica
Veronica is an aerialist and performing artist who creates stories for stage and film through the medium of circus. Above all else, she is a storyteller.
She has over 20 years of experience in theatre and circus as a performer, writer, and choreographer.
As a performer, she enjoys blending dark and macabre themes with delicate and dreamy movement - commanding sensitivity and nuance in performance that creates an experience that is weird, beautiful, and magical. She possesses a strong artistic vision, a deeply grounded nature, and an endless well of creativity. This, along with a commitment to respecting every performer’s autonomy in finding their own creative voice, makes her an excellent collaborator who is comfortable working within a group of artists.
